Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct defines the principles and standards of behavior expected from Kang's Trading Oy ("the Company") and its employees, management, and business partners. We are committed to ethical business practices, compliance with laws, food safety, and responsible conduct throughout our value chain.

1. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to:

• Promote ethical, transparent, and responsible business practices

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

This Code applies to all employees, management, board members, and, where applicable, suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners acting on behalf of the Company.

• Competition and antitrust laws

• Food safety and hygiene regulations

• Occupational health and safety laws

• Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR)

Employees and business partners are expected to understand and follow the laws relevant to their roles.

3. Ethical Business Conduct

3.1 Integrity and Fair Dealing

We conduct business honestly, transparently, and fairly. Corruption, bribery, fraud, and other unethical practices are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Competition and Antitrust

We compete fairly and do not engage in anti-competitive behavior such as price fixing, market sharing, or abuse of dominant position.

3.3 Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the Company. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed to management without delay.

4. Food Safety and Product Responsibility

Food safety is a core priority of our business.

We commit to:

• Complying with all applicable food safety, hygiene, and traceability regulations

• Maintaining appropriate quality control and cold-chain processes where applicable

• Ensuring products are handled, stored, and transported in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements

• Acting promptly in case of product recalls or food safety incidents

5. Human Rights and Working Conditions

We respect internationally recognized human rights and labor standards.

We do not tolerate:

• Forced or compulsory labor

• Child labor

• Confidential business information must not be disclosed without authorization

• Employees must follow information security policies and procedures

The Company is responsible for communicating this Code of Conduct and ensuring it is implemented in daily operations.

We reserve the right to update this Code as necessary. The latest version will be made available to employees and business partners.
