Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the B2B web shop operated by Kang's Trading Oy ("Seller", "we", "us"). By registering, placing an order, or using the web shop, the customer ("Customer", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The web shop is intended exclusively for business customers. Consumer protection legislation does not apply.

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • The web shop is available only to legal entities and sole traders acting in the course of business.

  • A valid Finnish or EU Business ID (Y-tunnus or equivalent) is required for registration.

  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate and kept up to date.

  • Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.

3. Products and Product Information

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes.

  • Minor deviations in packaging, appearance, or labeling may occur and do not constitute a defect, provided the product meets applicable food safety regulations.

  • Availability of products is subject to stock levels.

4. Ordering Process

  • Orders are placed electronically via the web shop.

  • An order becomes binding once we have confirmed the order electronically.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or credit-related reasons.

  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next business day.

5. Prices

  • All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Prices do not include delivery charges, which are shown separately before order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

6. Payment Terms

  • Available payment methods are displayed in the web shop.

  • Invoicing customers are subject to credit approval.

  • Payment terms are to be agreed upon before placing an order.

  • Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection fees in accordance with Finnish law.

7. Delivery

  • We currently deliver throughout Finland and to Tallinn, Estonia.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the agreed location.

  • The Customer must inspect the delivery upon receipt and report visible defects or shortages without undue delay.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, supplier failures, pandemics, or governmental actions.

9. Returns and Complaints

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only where the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing without undue delay and no later than 2 business days from delivery.

  • We may, at our discretion, replace the product, issue a credit note, or refund the purchase price.

10. Liability and Limitation of Liability

  • We shall ensure that products comply with applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Our liability is limited to direct damages.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

11. Product Handling and Storage

The customer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and use of delivered products in accordance with applicable regulations and product instructions. We shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

All content in the web shop, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of our company or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the District Court of Helsinki, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

15. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Updated Terms will be published in the web shop and apply to orders placed after the effective date.
